This policy explains how DentaForge AI LLC ("DentaForge AI", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when a dental practice uses DentaForge AI to send appointment reminders, confirmations and patient care messages by text message (SMS) and email - including the one text a caller receives after a call the office could not answer, and text conversations to book, reschedule or cancel an appointment with the office's automated assistant.

Information we collect

Your name and mobile phone number, which you give the dental practice in person, by phone, on a patient form or when booking online.
Appointment details needed to send reminders (date, time, location).
The content of text messages you send to us and our replies.
Your messaging consent and opt-out status, with the date it was given or withdrawn.

How we use it

To send appointment reminders and confirmations, forms links, and replies to your questions.
When you call the office and nobody can answer, to send you one text about your call; further texts only if you reply.
To book, reschedule or cancel an appointment when you ask by text.
To honor your STOP and HELP requests.
We do not use your information for marketing.

Sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We use service providers only to operate the service (for example, our SMS carrier gateway to deliver messages and our secure cloud host to store records); they may use your information only to provide that service to us.

Security

Information is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to authorized practice staff who sign in with their own account. Health information is handled under the practice's HIPAA obligations.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You may ask us to update or delete your contact information at any time.
