DentaForge AI LLC sends appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, links to patient forms, and two-way patient care messages on behalf of a dental practice: one text to a caller after a call the office could not answer, and text conversations to book, reschedule or cancel an appointment with the office's automated assistant. Messages are sent only to patients who gave their mobile number and agreed to receive texts, or who called or texted the office first. No marketing.
You opt in when you give your mobile number to the dental practice for appointment and care messages - in person, by phone, on a patient form (paper or online) or when booking online - or by texting START to (628) 298-3384. The patient forms also include an optional text-message consent box. Your first text explains how to opt out. Consent is not a condition of treatment or purchase.
Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per appointment.
